- Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping Label: We may provide a prepaid return shipping label for returns due to our error or defective items. In such cases, please use the label provided.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this at the time of return initiation. We will process your exchange once the returned item is received. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a return shipping label for the incorrect item.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item according to our Returns Policy.
